Your home.
Still your call.

Autumn color across rounded Vermont-style hills

Your own weekends come first.

Block personal dates before guests book. We coordinate preparing the house for your arrival, too.

Your property, your relationships.

Ownership of your property, listings, domain and guest data stays with you. We agree responsibilities and access together.

A plan for this home.

Your preferences, your home’s quirks and the details that matter become part of the care plan. Scope and terms are agreed before we begin.

A conversation.
Then a clear plan.

  1. Tell us what you have.

Share the location, a listing if you have one, and what hosting looks like today. A new home is welcome, too.

  2. Talk through the fit.

We discuss your priorities, local service coverage and where cohosting can take work off your hands.

  3. Make the handover.

Agree on scope and terms, then coordinate calendars, property details and the guest experience.

Not just your market.
Mine, too.

I’m Alexander Jefferson, owner and host of The Bear’s Den in Ludlow. I purchased the home in October 2025 and I’m building a boutique management company right here — bringing that experience to a more personal, property-specific service.

Over 40% more already booked for year one at The Bear’s Den than the prior owners’ average annual revenue. I purchased this Ludlow home in October 2025.

No capital improvements.
Just a different approach to running the rental.

Ask us directly.

Where do you offer cohosting?

Our current focus is the Okemo and Ludlow, Vermont area. We are not advertising statewide or nationwide coverage. Send the property address so we can confirm the fit and local service coverage.

What does the service cost?

We work on a revenue-sharing model: our compensation is a share of your home’s rental revenue. Your exact share and service scope are agreed before we begin. Our goals align: when your home earns more, we earn more.

Is this just help with my listing?

No. The offer combines boots-on-the-ground cleaning, handyman and plowing coordination, and guest care with five commercial pillars: channels, pricing, direct presence, guest capture, and social systems. We agree the specific deliverables for your home.

Can we work with an existing rental?

Yes, an existing rental is a good place to start the conversation. Share your listing and current setup so we can assess the handover, responsibilities, and fit. A listing is not required if the home has not launched yet.

Do I keep control of my property?

Yes. Ownership of the property, listings, domain, and guest data stays with you. Responsibilities and terms are agreed for your home.
